Packaging:
We understand the importance of packaging in ensuring that your products arrive in pristine condition. That's why we take great care in selecting high-quality packaging materials that provide adequate protection during transit.
Our packaging materials are designed to safeguard your items from any potential damage that may occur during shipping. We use sturdy boxes, honeycomb wrap, and other eco-protective materials to create a secure packaging solution that minimises the risk of breakage or other mishaps.
In addition to protecting your products, we also strive to be environmentally conscious. We use eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible, ensuring that your order arrives safely while minimising our impact on the environment.
Please reuse and/or recycle all packaging. Packing peanuts can be dissolved into water.
Shipping:
At BALM. Candle Company, we only offer express shipping of 1-3 business days Monday-Friday (bank holidays and holiday dates are not included) For example; place an order with us on Monday, we aim for it to be in your possession by Thursday the latest. Any orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the Monday.
Unfortunately we are unable to post internationally at this point in time but have plans to in the future.
Free Shipping:
As a token of our appreciation for your support, we offer free shipping on orders that meet certain criteria of £45+. Keep an eye out for promotions and special offers that include free shipping, allowing you to enjoy our products without any additional shipping costs.
